AFTER CARE PROGRAM

Once the client has successfully completed their program at Elevate Recovery in Kokomo, we wholeheartedly encourage our alumni to maintain strong bonds with our community and actively participate in our aftercare program.

This essential aftercare program offers an opportunity for ongoing support and connection, allowing individuals to be tested once or twice a week at the house. This regular testing helps foster a sense of accountability and encourages healthy habits, which are vital as they transition into the next stages of their lives.

By remaining engaged with our supportive environment, alumni can continue to build upon the foundation they established during their time with us and ensure a smoother journey toward sustained recovery and personal growth.
